Description :

Purposes:
  • Responsible for all well engineering aspects (Design, Construct, Modify or Abandon wells) including completion & well tie-in, and challenging the process (Evolve Development Concepts).
  • Supporting at least one rig operations in an efficient, economical and safe manner by using optimum techniques / best practices without compromising established policies and HSE standard.
Qualifications:-
  • Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in Well Engineering with in-depth knowledge of well programming & construction:-
    • Proven abilities in onshore and offshore drilling and completion operations.
    • Shell Well Engineering Round I and Round II certificates.
    • Experiences in New Technology, Well Delivery Process, Drill the Limit, QA / QC.
    • Proven project / team / man management skills.
    • Proven track record in delivering result in a challenging environment.
    • Hydraulic work-over experience.
    • Deepwater Exploration Drilling in preparations of rig equipment, BOP, Marine and DP inspection/acceptance program.
  • HPHT (high pressure high temperature) well engineering design and planning experience
  • Expandable tubular project management experience.
  • UBD / Managed Pressure Drilling / Dynamic Controlled Pressure Drilling project / technical skills.
