Description :
Purposes:
- Responsible for all well engineering aspects (Design, Construct, Modify or Abandon wells) including completion & well tie-in, and challenging the process (Evolve Development Concepts).
- Supporting at least one rig operations in an efficient, economical and safe manner by using optimum techniques / best practices without compromising established policies and HSE standard.
Qualifications:-
- Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Well Engineering with in-depth knowledge of well programming & construction:-
- Proven abilities in onshore and offshore drilling and completion operations.
- Shell Well Engineering Round I and Round II certificates.
- Experiences in New Technology, Well Delivery Process, Drill the Limit, QA / QC.
- Proven project / team / man management skills.
- Proven track record in delivering result in a challenging environment.
- Hydraulic work-over experience.
- Deepwater Exploration Drilling in preparations of rig equipment, BOP, Marine and DP inspection/acceptance program.
- HPHT (high pressure high temperature) well engineering design and planning experience
- Expandable tubular project management experience.
- UBD / Managed Pressure Drilling / Dynamic Controlled Pressure Drilling project / technical skills.
